  1. 250 gramsBesan
  2. 1 spoonghee
  3. 1 cupdahi or chhachh
  4. 1 teaspoonjeera
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 1 teaspoonhaldi
  7. 1 teaspoonLal mirch powder
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 2 spoonchopped Coriander
  10. 2sabut Lal mirch
  11. Oil to fry
  12. 1 pinchsoda
  13. 1/2water

Cooking Instructions

    Ek bowl me 150grams besan me salt, lal mirch, hing, water, soda dalkar pakodi ka ghol bana lein.

    Properly ghol ko phent lein.

    Ek glass water meara si pakodi dalkar dekhen ki vo upar pani par tar jaye then it's perfect.

    Ek pan me oil garam karake besan ki pakodi bana kar napkin paper per nikal lein.

    Ak kadhai main ghee dalkar hing jeera bhune.

    Haldi,Lal mirch, sabut lal mirch besan dalkar chhachh dalkar proper chala lain.

    Salt dalein.

    Jab kadhi ubalane lage tb pakodi dal dein.

    Propely paka lein.

    Water bhi dalein as required.

    Coriander se garnish it

    Pakodi wali kadhi ko serve karen with Rice & Roti.

    Onion & Coriander ka tadaka bhi laga sakate hain.
