Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsMakai Atta (corn flour
  2. 1 tbsp.oil
  3. as needed.warm water
  4. to taste.salt
  5. 250 gmsarso leaves
  6. 125 gmbathua leaves
  7. 2tomatoes
  8. 2. .onions
  9. 4-5green chilli
  10. . Some oil
  11. salt and red chilli to taste
  12. 1 tbsp. Chopped ginger
  13. 7-8garlic chopped
  14. .some water

Cooking Instructions

    Flour in a large bowl.

    Add salt after it add warm water little by little and knead a little stiff and smooth dough

  3. 3

    Take a plastic polythene with use of plastic poly it makes so easy..and start heating the tawa on medium flame

    Take a small ball of flour and make rolled roti over heated tawa and cook it for a minute.

    At last,oil over it

    Saag recepie :-firstly clean and chop all the greens.
    then wash the greens well.

    In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients listed under saag
    cover the pressure cook and cook for 6-7 minutes or more.
    and let the greens cook till done.

    Blend till smooth.
    in another pan, pour the pureed greens
    simmer for a good 25-30 minutes

    In another small pan, heat oil or ghee
    add the chopped onions and fry them till light brown.
    add the prepared saag. stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.

    After it ready for serve with makki ki roti
