Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpalak
  2. 300 gmpaneer
  3. 2tomato
  4. 2Green chilli
  5. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tbspginger paste
  7. 1/2 table spoonturmeric
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Curd as needed
  10. 1 tspwhole spice powder
  11. 1 tbspPaneer masala
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. as neededbutter
  14. 1 tspkasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pala along with green chilli and lemon juice

  2. 2

    Grind tomato with green chilli and ginger garlic

  3. 3

    Heat a apn add butter..saute ginger garlic and tomato paste

  4. 4

    Now grind boiled palak and pour in pan along with spices..cook for 5 minutes now add curd again cook for 2 minutes and add paneer and kasuri methi
