Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGreen peas
  2. 1 cupPaneer cubed
  3. 1/2 cupCapsicum yellow crushed
  4. 1/2 cup Methi leaves chopped
  5. 2 tspKhoya
  6. 2 tspMalai
  7. 2 tspHung curd
  8. 1/2 cupOnion chopped
  9. 1 tspGinger paste
  10. 1 tspGarlic paste
  11. 4 tspTomato purye
  12. 1 tspKaju,magaz paste
  13. 1 pinchSaunf
  14. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  15. 1 tspYellow chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  17. 1 tspGaram masala
  18. Salt as required
  19. Clove & green coriander
  20. 2 tspOil
  21. 2 tspButter

Cooking Instructions

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    In a heat pan put oil, add cumin seeds, crackle it.

    Add clove & cardamoms.

  3. 3

    Add onion Fry it pink,add ginger garlic, saute it.

  4. 4

    Add dry spices, sprinkle some water.Fry it 1 miniute.

    Add tomato griended capsicum,Fry it 2 miniutes.

  6. 6

    Add all vegies,Fry it 2 miniutes.

  7. 7

    Add kaju,magaz paste,cook it 1 miniute.

  8. 8

    Now add khoya,& curd mix it well.flame should be slow.

    Add salt,& some water.lid it 5 miniutes.

    Now remove it from the flame.add malai & mix it well.

    Serve it in a plate, garnish it with coriander leaf.

    It is a seasonal, healthy, delicious,dish.

    It will go with paranthe very well,& served any time.
