Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsoaked rajma
  2. 1 tspginger
  3. 1 tspGarlic paste
  4. 2onion
  5. 2tomato
  6. 2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. to taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    First of all boil rajma

    Then take some oil in a pan and 1tsp jeera saute and then garlic paste and ginger and onion paste and tomato Puree after 5 min turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt coriander powder and garam masala and cook it

    Then mix boil rajma in it and cook 15 min in low flame

  4. 4

    Take a cooker add water and rice and jeera mixed it

  5. 5

    And take a whistle then gas off pressure release

  6. 6

    It is ready and garnish with coriander leaves
