Ingredients

  1. 1 cupatta
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan

    Add wheat(atta) to hot ghee and start roasting it

  3. 3

    Take sugar and water in another pan

  4. 4

    Keep pan on medium flame to and solution come to boil

  5. 5

    Fry atta stir continuously till brown colour

  6. 6

    Atta should turn goldsn and give a good fragrance plus also begins to release ghee

  7. 7

    Continue to stir so that no lumps are formed and halwa absorb water and continue to thicken quickly.

  8. 8

    Serve atta ke halwa hot or warm.
