Matar paneer
Cooking Instructions

In a blender add onion tomato ginger garlic green chillies. Grind to smooth paste and keep aside.

In a kadai heat oil. When heated add the paneer cubes and fry till golden brown on all sides. Fry the potato pieces as well. Keep aside.

Remove excess oil from the kadai. Add in jeera hing bay leaf and whole red chilli. When jeers changes colour add the grinded paste. Add in salt red chilli powder paneer masala and red chilli powder. Cook till water evaporates and oil oozes out. Add in the peas. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add in the fried paneer and potato pieces. Mix well. Add in warm water as desired. Cook covered for 5 minutes on high flame. Lower the flame and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until you get desired consistency. Remove from heat and garnish with green coriander leaves.

Serve with rice or parathas.
