Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsprouts
  2. 1/4 cupdry coconut
  3. 1 tbsppoppy seed or khaskahas
  4. 1 tbspsesame seed or wyt til
  5. 1 tbspfennel seed or saunf
  6. 1 tbspsarso or mustard seeds
  7. 5/ 6 long or clove
  8. 2green elaichi
  9. 7dry red chill
  10. Handfulcashew
  11. 1 stickdalchini
  12. As required seeds of fenugreek
  13. 1 tbspjeera / cumin

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast ol the dry ingredients for 7 8 mins. Grind dem well and set aside. (With dis ingredients you will get half cup of Missal masala.. You can increase or decrease the quantity as per your requirements.

    Now pressure cook for 10 mind 1 cup of mixed sprouts(moth beans and Kala Chana)..
    Now in a pan put 1tbs oil rai curry leaves splutter dem now add 7 8 cloves garlic half inch of ginger 2 onions and 2/ 3 tomatoes.. Roast them well.

    Let it be cool now grind it well.
    Now put 2 tbsp oil pour grind masala cook for 4 5 mins add 2tbsp of dry roast masala and salt as per ur taste mix them well.. When oil separates out add sprouts mix it well now add 4 cup water and cook it for another 10 15mins!
    Ur Missal is ready
    Serve it with pav and top of sev !
