材料

3-4 servings
  1. spaghetti 300 g
  2. your choice of protein 200 g
  3. beef, chicken, pork (thinly sliced) shrimp (peeled and deveined) or tofu (chop into bite-sized pieces)
  4. baby bella mushroom (sliced) 4-5
  5. snow peas 1 cup
  6. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  7. red bell pepper (julienne) 1/2 medium
  8. scallions (cut into 2 inch long pieces) 3
  9. bean sprout 1 cup
  10. canola oil 1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons
  11. For the sauce:
  12. oyster sauce 3 tablespoons
  13. Chinese dark soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  14. sake 2 tablespoons
  15. ground white pepper 1/8 teaspoon
  16. cane sugar 2 teaspoons
  17. toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  18. chicken bouillon powder 1 teaspoon
  19. water 3 tablespoons
  20. potato starch 1 tablespoon

作り方

    Cook pasta according to the package directions. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix all the sauce ingredients.

  3. 3

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Today, I chose bison meat for our protein!

  5. 5

    NOTE: If you chose meat, marinate with 1 tsp soy sauce →

  6. 6

    1 tsp canola oil, 1 tsp potato starch for 10 minutes.

    Oil in a wok over medium high heat, add meat.

  8. 8

    Cook until heated through. Place on a plate.

  9. 9

    Add oil, mushrooms, peas, garlic, then cook.

  10. 10

    Add pepper, scallion and stir. Cook until wilted.

  11. 11

    Add bean sprouts and meat right before adding pasta.

  12. 12

    Add pasta/sauce. Toss until sauce is coated evenly.

  13. 13

    Remove from the heat. Serve!

コツ・ポイント

We do use pasta for this, but of course you can use fresh egg noodles! You can make REAL takeout noodles at home!
