材料

2-3 servings
  1. firm/extra firm tofu (drained) 1 pack (14 oz)
  2. paper towel
  3. toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  4. for the sauce:
  5. gochujang 1 tablespoon
  6. tamari soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  7. mirin 2 tablespoons
  8. cane sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons
  9. rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
  10. garlic (grated) 1 teaspoon
  11. water 4 tablespoons
  12. potato starch 1 teaspoon
  13. toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

作り方

    NOTE: Check ID : 22414519 for tofu preparation.

    Cut the tofu in half, slice each half into equal slices.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

    Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  5. 5

    Place tofu and let it cook undisturbed until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

  7. 7

    Pour the sauce mix and bring to a simmer.

  8. 8

    Turn the tofu once or twice to evenly coat them with sauce.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve. (Set along with rice!)

コツ・ポイント

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture no matter what type of tofu. Undisturbed tofu needs to be nicely golden brown.
