Cooking Instructions

    Start by chopping your capsicum,onions and blend your tomatoes

    I always blend ginger and garlic and store in my freezer. I will show you how next time

    Cut your slices of bread into pieces. I used 6 slices you can choose to use less or more. You can use white or brown bread

    Start by heating your pan and add some oil followed by ginger and garlic

  5. 5

    After the garlic and ginger changes colour add some onions and fry for some few seconds. Add your spices chillie powder and tumeric

    Add your capcicum and mix well for some seconds

  7. 7

    Add your tomato puree and reduce your heat to medium to avoid burning

  8. 8

    Scramble your eggs in a different pan

  9. 9

    Now put the eggs in your other pan and mix then add the bread

  10. 10

    To come up with this slowly mix to avoid breaking the bread

  11. 11

    Ready. Serve with milk,coffee or tea. I dont like tea with milk so i use black tea
