Cassava chapati #cassavatheme

No wheat...no stress!!! Chapatis are a must.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, put in salt,sugar and pour in the cassava flour and give a good mix.

Then make a well and add oil and warm water and knead the dough.

Put water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Then roll out balls from the cassava dough and place the balls in the boiling water for 3 minutes.

Remove the balls out of the saucepan and knead again(I like to shred it out first using a fork because it is too hot) then I proceed to using your hands.

Cut out balls from the dough and from them roll out on your working surface into round shapes(like you would your regular chapatis).

In a medium heat, place your skillet, let it warm. Then place your chapati on top. Fry on both sides till cooked through. Once cooked remove and place it in a container and cover.
