Malai Kabab with Chicken Malai Kabab with Chicken
It was a heroic effort to replicate a recipe from a blogger called Ruchi’s Kitchen. It was ok. I may have added too much ginger garlic paste as I could not get the flavors of cashew paste, cream and spices. It was good but not legendary. Will try again. If you have any modifications or suggestions, would love to hear. Anmen -
Tomato spaghetti Tomato spaghetti
Tomato spaghetti is very easy and quick to prepare and requires minimal ingredients so next time when you are home alone or are bored with regular dinner give this spaghetti recipe a try. I gave it a slight Indian touch with onion and ginger garlic paste and also kept it low on spice but you may increase the heat as per your preference. #reststyle Lubna Moin -

Juicy and Delicious! Chicken Thigh Salty Karaage Juicy and Delicious! Chicken Thigh Salty Karaage
The karaage I had at a restaurant was really delicious, so I tried recreating it at home.I usually make with chicken breasts in soy sauce, but this time I tried thigh meat seasoned with salt. For the grated ginger sauce, you could use about 1 cm of ginger paste from the tube instead.Use as much grated garlic and grated ginger juice as you prefer. Chicken & Vegetables in Tamarind Broth >> Filipino Sinampalukan Chicken & Vegetables in Tamarind Broth >> Filipino Sinampalukan
Soup scooped over rice, that's how we like it! Try this healthy and light dish especially on chilly days. Although we eat it during summer too. HeeeheeYou can get a Tamarind soup base (Knorr) at Asian or Filipino shops or you can also use the Thai Tamarind paste :) I have not tried it with Lemon or Lime, I think it would work, as the soup needs to have a hint of acidity/sourness...lemme know?#veggies SpottedByD
