I wanted to make a simple recipe that is healthy for children, and easy to make with them too.If you don't form them well enough, you can add just a little bit of oil to them.Since you are using whole wheat flour, when you form the dough, it may separate a bit, but it's not a problem.Mix and bake. If you don't want to use cause sugar, you can use light brown sugar or even regular sugar. For easy to make amount (16 cookies). Recipe by Lily maman cookpad.japan -
Bread Dough with Whole Wheat Flour Bread Dough with Whole Wheat Flour
Feel healthier with this delicious bread recipe that uses only whole wheat flour. You can make many different kinds of deli bread with this dough, so it's convenient.Course Black Pepper: if you have it, use it. When letting the bread machine knead the dough, if you add in all of the ingredients into the machine at once, the bread will tend to get stale a lot more quickly. As for the flour, I used Super Camellia brand (please adjust the amount of water added, according to the type of flour used. Domestic bread flours won't need as much water.) Recipe by DUFFYchan cookpad.japan -
43% Whole Wheat Bread Rolls 43% Whole Wheat Bread Rolls
This is a whole wheat roll that can be made into sandwiches and brought along on an outing. I aimed for not too heavy bread that still had a high ratio of whole wheat flour. You can use your bread machine's dough course for the first rise. In the summer, use ice water, and in the winter, use warm water (about 30°C). It may take longer in the winter. I recommend using a finger test. Recipe by Blue poppy cookpad.japan -

Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Grain Fiber Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Grain Fiber
I added plenty of whole wheat flour to create a deeply flavorful bread. The more you chew, the more flavor you get. You can enjoy it as is, without butter. Wheat Bread Wheat Bread
My Mother-in-law has made Wheat Bread almost every week for the last 30 years. She has pretty much prefected it over the years. On my last visit I asked her to teach me . Below is the result. If you have a wheat grinder, she uses half Red and half White Wheat to make the flour. Kip Kugler -
Whole Wheat Bagels Whole Wheat Bagels
I like healthy bagels. I heard that the whole wheat ones are lower in calories I decided to give them a try.I often add dried fruits to reduce the amount of sugar but even plain these bagels are delicious because of the whole wheat flavor. If you have made plain bagels before this way is similar. You have to be careful about the amount of water and the amount of time for proving. The room temperature and humidity will affect them. Adjust the amount of water and proving time as it goes. You can easily decide the water content as you knead the dough. 100% Whole Wheat Oil-Free Bread 100% Whole Wheat Oil-Free Bread
I decided not to use other oil in this recipe for a number of reasons: I'm on a diet, I want to make sure I eat enough fibre, and I also want to enjoy this read with olive oil. I made a normal bread dough with whole wheat flour, cut out the butter and lengthened the proving time to get a nice fluffy loaf.Make sure to prevent the bread dough from drying out at any point by spraying it with water etc. Since this recipe is oil-free, the bread tends to dry out quickly, so make sure to eat this bread as early as possible or store it somewhere where it can retain it's moisture. I use whole wheat bread (strong) flour. Recipe by Rurumiko cookpad.japan -

Purple Sweet Potato and Maple Bread Purple Sweet Potato and Maple Bread
I wanted to eat an autumn-inspired sweet potato bun.Do not make the filling sweet potatoes too soft in Step 1 (this is because between flavoring and baking, they will get too soft and crumble). If you are not using Japanese flour, then please add a little more water. If you top the bread with a lot of maple sugar before baking, it's really yummy! Recipe by Rirupuri cookpad.japan -

This is the bagel version of my wheat bran series.I want my family to eat wheat bran, so I always mix it into simple bread.Adjust the amount of water +1% depending on the condition of the flour and the yeast starter you use. Adding just a little bit of water to the dough will have a big effect on the bagels. Be careful not to add to much water. Add in 1 g at a time, little by little. For 5~6 servings.
