Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 6sausages
  3. 3eggs
  4. 2 teaspoonsbutter (about 10 grams)
  5. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  6. Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach and cut it into four equal parts. Slice the sausages diagonally. Beat the eggs.

    Heat a frying pan and add the butter.

    Stir-fry the spinach stems and sausages over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Add the spinach leaves and continue to stir-fry.

    Lightly season with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce for flavor. Pour in the beaten eggs and mix with the other ingredients until done!

    Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve!

    I used coarse-ground sausages.
