  2. 1.8 ozenoki mushrooms
  3. 1 pinchaonori (dried green seaweed)
  4. 1 packetbonito flakes
  5. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonbutter (about 10g)

Cooking Instructions

    Warm the udon noodles in the microwave for about 1 minute. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the enoki mushrooms. Once cooked, add the soy sauce, butter, and udon noodles, and stir-fry together.
