Boil the meat with salt for 20 to 30 minutes because it is softer than beef.

Put cooking oil in a pan and allow it to heat up for 20 seconds.Add onions and let it cook till golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cover to cook for 2 to 3 till it completely cooked.

Add boiled meat and stir then cover to simmer for 3 minutes.

Uncover and add water then cover to cook so that it creates soup.
- 6
Mutton is ready to serve with rice or hot ugali.
