I originally got this recipe from someone on here but I was unable to find the original recipe to share the picture or a comment. This is the best cookie recipe I have used, I modified it slightly with the parchment paper and chilling the dough, which is how I baked mine and they are EXCELLENT!

Look, I'm not gonna lie. I found this recipe on a bag of off-brand chocolate chips. It's definitely the best I've ever had. Follow the recipe to a T and you'll get lightly crispy outer edges and chewy inner cookies. Give em a try. You won't be disappointed.

I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy.

These cookies are soft and chewy but still have that cookie 'crisp' you expect and they stay that way! I always remove my cookies around 8 minutes and press the tops down with a spoon! Keeps them from being too puffy.Tip: make sure the egg is at room temperature, it makes a difference! I always set mine out when I lay my butter out to sit

I make these for home and gifts, the extra effort is worth the result and really, you never need an excuse to make cookies :)
