Add the grated carrots to it with the cardomom powder n keep stirring on medium heat till the milk comes to a thickness

Then add the sugar to it n keep stirring

Once the mixture starts to thicken pour in the pure ghee n keep stirring till u can see the fat seperation

Add nuts like kaju, almonds n kishmis as per ur liking n give it a mix n ur halwa is done
