  1. 1 kgBasic bun dough
  2. 500 gCastor sugar
  3. 250 gRaspberry jam

Cooking Instructions

    Secile the dough into 60g pieces

    Rail into balls and make a hole in the dough using pin.

    Place on an oiled paper lined tray.

  4. 4

    When proved,carefully place in a deep fat at 180 degree

  5. 5

    Turn over when coloured on one side and carefully cook.

  6. 6

    Drain well on absorbent paper

  7. 7

    Toss in caster sugar.

  8. 8

    Make a small hole in one side and pipe in the jam...
