  3. Garlic

  5. Pilau masala

  7. Salt
  8. Ready boiled water

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the onions and garlic till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the ginger and the pilau masala and cook for one min

  3. 3

    Add the minced meat for ten min add a little water and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Add the rice and cook for 2min the add the boiled water double position of the rice

  5. 5

    Ready to serve with the stew of choice I served with some minced meat
