Ingredients

  1. 1 cupOmena
  2. 1Green pepper
  3. pieceGinger small
  4. Garlic 2 ponds
  5. Onions 1 large
  6. Tomatoes 2 ripe large
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Maize flour

Cooking Instructions

    For Omena... Select the omena

  2. 2

    Bring water to boil on a sufuria, after well boiled soak the Omena and wash them well

  3. 3

    Drain off the water the pass them through cold running water, and drain off excess water.

  4. 4

    On a pan boil oil, after Heating add the Omena and fry them until golden brown. Then drain off excess oil on Omena

  5. 5

    On a sauce pan cook the onions until golden brown, add onions chopped, pepper and ginger & garlic paste the cover and let them cook until the form a thick sauce

  6. 6

    Add the fried Omena and incorporate them until well mixed. Cook for at least 10minute and it will be ready for consumption.

    Serve with your Hot Ugali... It's Yummy 😋
