Ingredients

  1. 1 glasswater
  2. Maize flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat to boil the water in a sufuria

  2. 2

    When water has boiled add maize flour

  3. 3

    Stir until it become firm

  4. 4

    When it is cooked remove it and serve it to the plate with fish and sukuma
