This one among many nutritious foods. We know that fish not only tastes nice but it is rich in nutrients such as proteins and its whit meat therefore lack cholesterol

In a cooking pan put one tbsp of oil and add the diced onions. Fry till brown.

Then add the chopped kale and continue frying. fry for only 2 minutes, these prevents it from loosing nutrients.

To another pan, put one tbsp of oil and fry the diced onions.

Then add the chopped onions and continue frying.

Then add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a few more minutes.

Add royco and then 1/2 ccup of water. Then cover.

Add the fish after the food and cover it

Let it boil for a fe more minutes and remove from the heat.

Then put one and ahalf cups of water to a separate cooking pan and boil it.

Then add the maize flour slowly while mixing until it thickens. It should not be too thick

Then remove from the heat and serve while hot.
