Ingredients

  1. 2 kgAll purpose wheat flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 200 gcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the dough by putting flour in a bowl, in a jug with warm water dissolve sugar and salt pour bit by bit as you knead

  2. 2

    Knead thoroughly to acquire soft dough and of the right consistency

  3. 3

    Add a little bit of oil to maintain it's softness then let it rest for 20-30 minutes covered with a cling film

  4. 4

    Then spiral roll the dough into fine sizeable round shapes to achieve the layers

  5. 5

    Roll them into fine flat circular shapes

  6. 6

    Place it on a pan piece by piece as you shallow fry them on both sides till they're evenly cooked

  7. 7

    Place them in a pan and cover as you continue with the rest pieces of dough

  8. 8

    Once ready serve them hot with stew or drink of your choice
