Ingredients

  1. 100 gBok choy
  2. 1 pcBroccoli
  3. 2 pcsCarrots
  4. Mushroom
  5. 250 gBeef fillet
  6. Onions
  7. Red and yellow capsicums
  8. Worsheer sauce
  9. Oyster

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare all your vegetables,cut your meat

  2. 2

    Fry your onions.

  3. 3

    Add garlic cook till they are well cooked

  4. 4

    Add you meat n cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally

  5. 5

    Add your mushrooms and stir for 10mins

  6. 6

    Add bok choy, broccoli and carrots

  7. 7

    Add your sauces and stir... Add salt to taste and let it cook for 5 mins

  8. 8

    Add some water,let it simmer for 5mins.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with rice or chapati
