Ingredients

  1. For the pork
  2. 150 gmspork
  3. 1/4 inchginger grated
  4. 3 clovesgarlic
  5. 3 tbssoy sauce
  6. 2 tbshoney
  7. Dhania
  8. Salt
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the pork in the ginger and a little salt for 10min.

  2. 2

    In a frying pan, place some oil and fry the pork till brown.

  3. 3

    In a separate sufuria, add in some oil, garlic and sauté for a few minutes. Add in the soy sauce and honey and mix till it starts to thicken.

  4. 4

    Add in the pork and stir, add some dhania, stir and serve.
