Ingredients

  1. Pre-cooked green grams(ndengu)
  2. Coconut cream (5 tbsp)
  3. Onions (2 large)
  4. Tomatoes (4 Medium size)
  5. Hoho (1 medium size)
  6. Coriander
  7. Garlic/ginger (1tsp each)
  8. Curry powder (1 tsp)
  9. Turmeric (1 tsp)
  10. Garam masala (1 tsp)
  11. Salt (1 tbsp)
  12. Carrot (4grated)

Cooking Instructions

    Start by heating up your oil in a pan,Add your onions together with hoho and let them cook till they turn Golden brown

    Add in your tomatoes let them cook for 5 minutes or until they are totally crushed and the salt.

    Add your spices,Garlic,ginger,Turmeric,Garam masala stir and let them cook for two mins

    Add the carrots and let them cook for two minutes,then add in your Green Grams and Mix them all together.

  5. 5

    Last pour your coconut cream and Mix and let it come to a boil then add coriander, you can add more water if you wish.

    Serve when hot.Served mine with Garlic Rice☺
