Ingredients

  1. 5red pepper
  2. 5tomatoes
  3. 5onion's
  4. 1garlic
  5. Spices,(nutmeg,cloves,cubes,cumin,royco,chillies)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the vegetables into cubes,set one onion for frying,put in a foodprocesser or blender and blend till is ready.

  2. 2

    In a sauce pan,fry onion but not brown,add in the blended sauce, cover and let it simmer slowly for 30mins.

  3. 3

    Add in the spices,and season with salt,use as a sauce for fry chicken or any accompaniment you like.
