Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 cupmaida
  4. 1/2 cupurad dal flour
  5. 1/2 cuprice flour
  6. 1 cupcurd
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1onion chopped
  9. 1 cupcapsicum chopped
  10. 5-6green chilli chopped
  11. 1 tbspchopped green coriander
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. 4bread slice crumbs
  14. 1/2 cupgrated potato and lauki
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  17. 1 tspmustard seeds
  18. 10-12curry leaves
  19. 4 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients except mustard seeds,curry leaves and oil

    Make a batter by adding water

  3. 3

    Heat one teaspoon oil and add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 2-3 curry leaves as it splutter pour one full spoon batter and roast it golden brown from both sides

    Serve it with sauce
