I'm pretty sure that my ability to cook is one of the keys to my marriage. In fact, I'm not 100% certain my wife would've agreed to marry me if it weren't for my passion for food and cooking. Still, that doesn't mean she doesn't occasionally have her doubts. Like when I told her I was going to make meatballs with tomato and coconut sauce for dinner. At first she assumed it'd be a curry, and when I told her it wouldn't be she simply said "it sounds a little weird." Fortunately the dish worked out (pretty brilliantly, actually), and both she and our daughter are believers once again. Robert Gonzal -

Meatballs (2 ways) in tomato sauce Meatballs (2 ways) in tomato sauce
Both methods produce a lighter tasting meatball; still meaty enough to satisfy the dedicated carnivore but not so meaty they overwhelm.I did a fun experiment and did 6 in the sauce and 6 in a muffin tin. Let your taste buds or your family/guests decide which method they like best! Katherine -

Pretty nice meatballs; leftovers can be frozen; use salt reduced paste and stock, and do not add extra salt to the sauce, or else it might be a bit too salty. (Pic has capsicum instead of celery, this recipe is great for substituting veggies) Saffie La Rue
