Ingredients

  1. 500 gmSpinach
  2. 200 gmPaneer (Cottage Cheese)
  3. 3-4slit Green Chillies
  4. 2Garlic cloves finely chopped
  5. 1 tspGinger
  6. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  7. 2 tbspCooking Oil
  8. 1 bunchFenugreek leaves
  9. leavesCoriander
  10. To taste Salt
  11. As required Water

Cooking Instructions

    Add washed and chopped spinach and fenugreek leaves into the wok and saute. Add water if necessary.Cover and cook on a slow heat till spinach and fenugreek leaves are cooked and mash them.Add the paneer cubes and the spices. Bring it to boil and remove.Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
