Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 4eggs
  3. 5tspn of sugar
  4. 3tspn of butter(melted)
  5. 2tspn of vanilla
  6. 2 cuppowdered milk
  7. 2/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender place everything together and blend well

    Heat a non stick pan add some oil,pour 1/4 batter and fry turning the other side....

    For the fillings::::: Titus,scotch bonnet,onion,carrot,garlic,seasoning, spices..

    In a pot add Titus,seasoning add half cup of water allow it to cook...

    Remove the bones...

    In a pan add some oil add the scotch bonnet(grated),onion dice,then the Titus flakes, add the garlic, seasoning, salt to taste,thyme, nutmeg, curry,mix them all...add your grated carrot (you can add spring onion, green pepper).
