Ingredients

  1. Halfcabbage
  2. 1onion
  3. 1zucchini
  4. 1ripe tomatoe
  5. 4 tablespoonsCooking oil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1carrot

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl Cut the cabbage to small sizes

  2. 2

    In a clean sufuria dice the onion to small pieces add the oil and let it cook

  3. 3

    Dice tomatoes and put in the sufuria with onion

  4. 4

    Let them cook for a minute

  5. 5

    Dice the zucchini to desirable size (I used round)and put in the sufuria and mix together

  6. 6

    Grate carrots and put

  7. 7

    Let them cook for 1 minute...add salt to taste

  8. 8

    Add in the cabbage and mix in everything

  9. 9

    Cover and let cook for 10 minutes then check to see if they are cooked to your satisfaction

  10. 10

    Turn off the heat and serve with ugali/rice/mukimo/chapati

  11. 11
