Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1 teaspoonchana dal
  3. 1 teaspoonudad dal
  4. 1/2 tsp Rae(mustard seeds)
  5. 4 tablespoonsoil
  6. 2Green Chilli slitted
  7. 1whole red chilli
  8. as neededKadi Patta(Curry leaves)
  9. 1 teaspoongrated Ginger
  10. 4-5cashews
  11. 1 teaspoonghee
  12. 1onions sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast Suji for 5 minutes then keep it aside

    Take oil in a kadai. Add two kinds of Dal, Rae. Allowed to crackle. Add sliced onion green chillies, and Kadi Patta. Add Cashew and Ginger. After 10 minutes add two and half cups of water and salt. Once the water start boiling add Suji gradually and keep stiring. Immediately Put off the gas and cover the lid. After 2 minutes mix Upma properly and serve with ghee.
