An easy and appetizing breakfast recipe

Ingredients

15 minutes
two servings
  1. 10medium size diced potatoes
  2. 3medium size diced tomatoes
  3. 1small size diced onion
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoondried pepper
  6. 2seasoning cubes
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 cupcooking oil

    Peel and wash the potatoes, dice in an oval shape and sprinkle a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    In a clean pan, pour in the oil, allow it to be hot and then add in the diced potatoes

  4. 4

    Deep fry with a little stirring, when it is fried, strain out most of the oil, now sprinkle a little of the diced tomatoes and onion

  5. 5

    To the remaining diced tomatoes and onion, add in the two seasoning cubes, pinch of salt and dried pepper

  6. 6

    Break in the two eggs and whip well

  7. 7

    Pour in the egg mixture to the fried potatoes and cover with a lid, allow to cook for one minute

  8. 8

    Now flip the potatoes and allow to cook for half a minute

  9. 9

    Off the flame and serve the dish hot

  10. 10
