Cooking Instructions

Combine wheat flour and flour add yeast and mix add water and mix to form a very sticky soft dough not watery. Cover and keep in warm place for 1 hour. When risen add potash water, baking powder, egg(optional), sugar and salt mix together and fry in a hot oil at medium heat. Use hand or back of a bowl or calabash and apply water or oil and spread the dough on it then transfer to the hot oil as seen in the picture. Enjoy
