Ingredients

  1. 2-3onion length wise cutted
  2. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder(zeera powder)
  3. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 2green chillies, finely chopped
  7. As required Oil for fry
  8. ForBesan Batter-
  9. 1 bowlbesan
  10. As required water
  11. Pinchsoda
  12. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    1st make a besan batter. Then add onion.

  2. 2

    Mix well then deep fry till it turns brown in colour.

  3. 3

    Drain off.

  4. 4

    Ready to eat Delicious KANDA BHAJI.

  5. 5

    Serve with green chutney Pav and fried green chillies.
