Ingredients

  1. 5potatoes
  2. 1onions
  3. 2balls of scotch bonnet
  4. 1large pepper
  5. Oil for frying
  6. 2 cubesmaggi
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 2eggs
  9. Flour
  10. Garlic and ginger paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel,wash and cook potatoes until is soft

  2. 2

    Add some crushed pepper,onions,ginger and garlic paste,maggi to taste mash and form balls

  3. 3

    Roll in flour,dip in eggs and deep fry until golden brown and crispy
