Take a pan, add water and sprouts moong and salt, boit it for 10minutes

After boil the moong, drain water keep aside.now take a karahi, Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and once they begin to crackle, stir in the cumin seeds, dry red chillies and hing and tomato purie. Saute for a few seconds.Add 2 cups of sprouts boil moong turmeric powder and salt to taste; give it a good stir.

Sprinkle some water and close the pan with a tight lid.

Cook 5 minutes.switch off flame and remove from heat. Serve hot.gh
