Ingredients

  1. 2small can sardines
  2. 2boiled eggs
  3. Shallots, sliced
  4. Sliceginger
  5. 1little bit beansprout

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Hard boiled egg, then set aside

  2. 2

    Saute ginger and shallot until fragrant then drop in beansprout. Simmer a while dont overcook the beansprout, so that it is crunchy.

  3. 3

    Place in a plate then cut egg into wedges and arrange. Serve
