Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 1tspn salt
  4. 1 tbspnyeast
  5. 1egg
  6. 1+1/3 cup warm milk
  7. 2 tbspnbutter
  8. For the coating
  9. 1 cupbread crumbs
  10. 1/2tspn cinnamon powder
  11. 1 cupmilk
  12. For the fillings
  13. 1/2 cupbutter
  14. 1 cupicing sugar
  15. 1tspn vanilla flavour
  16. 1 tbspnmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour add sugar,salt,egg,yeast and the warm milk,mix until well combine,add the butter and continue mixing

    Until a soft dough is formed transfer the dough into a grease bowl allow to rise

  3. 3

    Remove the dough from the bowl cut into portions take each portion and mold into a ball shape arrange each on a tray to rise for the second time

    Take each ball and deep inside the milk the coate with bread and cinnamon mixture the fry on low heat till golden brown

  5. 5

    Mix the butter add icing sugar mix again for about 10min add vanilla and milk stir and transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with nozzle the filled the doughnuts,and enjoy
