Ingredients

11 serving
  1. 200 gground beef
  2. 1/8 tspfennel seed
  3. 1 tspground ginger
  4. 1/4 tspground sage
  5. 1/2 tbsponion *finely minced*
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/4 tspthyme
  8. 1/4 tspparsley *finely chopped*
  9. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  10. Salt *to taste*
  11. 1/4 cupground oats (you can also use breadcrumbs)
  12. 1egg (or even half an egg will do)

Cooking Instructions

    Into a bowl, add the beef then the rest of the ingredients.

    Mix using your clean hands until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Careful not to overwork it, stop mixing immediately the ingredients are well combined.

    Cover and allow it to marinate (preferably in the refrigerator) 1-2hrs

    After it has marinated, oil your hands and scoop the beef(i used an ice cream scooper) then mold into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with foil/parchment. I got 11 small sized meatballs.

    Bake in a preheated oven(375° F) for 20-25 mins or fry.

    I added it to my marinara and served with spaghetti. Classic Italian style, lol😀😀😁
