Ingredients

  1. leavesDried karkashi
  2. Leftover stew
  3. Dried chilli pepper
  4. Beans
  5. Locust beans
  6. Onion
  7. Meat
  8. Seasoning
  9. Salt
  10. Ginger powder
  11. Garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Add your onions, chilli pepper, beans, locust beans, meat, garlic paste and ginger powder to the leftover stew. Pour water and put on heat.

    When the water reduces and the meat and beans soften, add seasonings and salt. Bring out your dried karkashi leaves and crush with your hands into semi powder. Then add into the mixture.

    Add little amount of potash and stir for some minutes. Keep stirring so as not to over flow during cooking.

    Turn the heat off. The soup is ready. Serve with your preferred swallow. I served mine with tuwon shinkafa.
