Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 2 tbspnYeast
  3. Oil 1tblspn
  4. Curry 1tspn
  5. Turmeric 1tspn
  6. 2crush maggi
  7. Salt to test
  8. Crush 4 Scotch bonnet and 1 onion
  9. Warm water
  10. Sauce
  11. Shredded chicken (cooked)
  12. Chicken stock
  13. Carrot (chopped)
  14. Green pepper (chopped)
  15. Red pepper (chopped)
  16. Seasoning
  17. Spices
  18. Scotch bonnet blended
  19. Pepper blended
  20. Onion
  21. Garlic paste
  22. Dark Soy sauce
  23. leavesBay
  24. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all your ingredients, gradually add warm water to foam a loose batter

  2. 2

    Grease the container with oil and pour your batter in, cover it with nylon and allow it to rise for an hour in a warm place, after 1hr steam them for 20-30mnt

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil when the oil is hot add chop onion, bay leaves and garlic paste saute for 1mnt, then add your blended pepper, Scotch bonnet and onion saute for some mnt

    Add in seasoning, spices, carrots and shredded chicken fry for 5mnt, add in chicken stock stir and cover the pan for 5mnts

  5. 5

    Add in soy sauce, green pepper and red pepper stir and cover the pan for 2mnt in a low heat flame. Serve 😋 😋 😋
