I wanted to have a simple tasting soup.

Easy on your pocket and easy to make. But so nice.

Needed a lower carbohydrate 1st course for a holiday dinner. Was inspired by some outstanding soups we were served on a trip to Kenya. This one is good but not quite there yet.

Came upon a different recipes for celery soup and just spinned it into my own. I make this abot once a week. Its cheap and easy to make. Tastes great!!!!

Fresh celery is of course delicious, but stir-fried and simmered celery is also tasty. This soup with beaten egg reminds me of my school lunch and makes me nostalgic.I prefer chicken consomme to normal consomme. I wanted to use fresh celery leaves straight from the stem.Use whatever vegetables you have in your kitchen. It's nice with tomatoes, mushrooms or beans. Make sure you simmer everything with the macaroni to get the nice, mellow fragrance. For 4-5 servings. Recipe by Hoink

This puréed soup is fantastic. Served hot it will warm you up in the winter. Served cold it is a refreshing lunch in the summer. Don’t forget the garnishes.#vegetarian

I saw this in a recipe list for dishes that could be easily made and with only simple ingredients. I added some coriander and this is how I remember making it.It's plenty delicious without the coriander (or with parsley), but adding it gives it a nice taste and even more flavor. (Recipe by Hoguni)

I was selected to become a product tester for a brand of vegetable juice that contains 20 vegetables. I used three of those - celery, carrot and mitsuba - to make the celery soup that we've been enjoying in our house for about 15 years.Use 1 large or 2 small soup stock cubes.Don't cook the soup for too long after adding the celery, in order to fully enjoy its flavor.You could use the celery leaves instead of the mitsuba. Very easy & inexpensive. Quick to prepare, will serve up to 6+ dependent on portion size for meal. I have ¼ batch over 4 days with a homemade mini burger bun made from my favourites. You can use coconut milk instead of single cream or any other you like but this will effect the calories & nutrition.

My kid loves chicken soup, which is marvellous as they are always catching bugs.

This is a simple, mild and comforting soup, perfect for a cold day. It goes well with crusty or garlic bread. For a stronger flavour, fry an onion and add it to the stock with the garlic granules.
