I've wanted to make my own lasagna since I ate one at Costco. I experimented many times to arrive at this recipe.

Even if the white sauce becomes a little bit lumpy, you don't need to worry about it.
I didn't need to cook the lasagna noodles in advance, but if you need to, please cook them al dente. Since the sauce contains moisture, if you cook the noodles too long, they will become soggy. Ingredients

  1. 8sheets Lasagna noodles (dried)
  2. 1Melting cheese
  3. 1Parmesan cheese
  4. (White Sauce)
  5. 6 tbspCake flour
  6. 60 gramsButter
  7. 400 mlMilk
  8. 2 tspConsommé soup stock granules
  9. 1 dashNutmeg
  10. 1 tspSalt
  11. 1Pepper
  12. (Meat Sauce)
  13. 1Onion
  14. 2 cloveGarlic
  15. 300 gramsGround meat
  16. 2 canCanned tomatoes
  17. 2 tspConsommé soup stock granules
  18. 1 dashNutmeg
  19. 1 tspplus ~ (to taste) Salt
  20. 1Krazy salt (optional)
  21. 1 tbspKetchup
  22. 1 tspSugar
  23. 1 tbspParmesan cheese
  24. 100 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

    White Sauce: Microwave the cake flour and butter for 1.5 minutes at 1000 W and mix well.

    Slowly mix in the milk and microwave for 6 minutes at 600 W. Add the seasonings and mix well. When the mixture becomes thick, it's ready.

    Meat Sauce Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and lightly sauté the garlic and onion until they turn brown. Add the ground meat and fry well.

    Add the canned tomatoes, consommé soup stock granules, nutmeg, salt, Krazy salt, ketchup, sugar, Parmesan cheese, and water, then simmer.

    Turn off the heat when there is some liquid left in the pot.

    Lay out the lasagna noodle → meat sauce → lasagna noodle → white sauce → lasagna in that order. Spread the white sauce → meat sauce, and top with cheese at the end.

    Leave it for 10 minutes to soften the lasagna noodles. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 250°C, and done.
