Oatmeal Power Smoothie

I find avocados to be an objectionable fruit; unfortunately, they are good for you.
If I didn't put the avocado in this with my own hand I would not have known it was in there (thereby avoiding the psychological gag reflex). Comes out with a great texture and flavor! Also a healthy way to start the day. Try replacing the maple syrup with honey just to be a little more health conscious.

Cooking Instructions

Peel and pitt the avocado, then slice into quarters. Peel the banana and cut in half.

Put the Raisins/date, avocado, banana, apple in a zip lock bag and place in freezer
- 3
Place frozen ingredients in blender and add the rest on top
- 4
Flip the switch!

The original recipe for this calls for using some unsweetened applesauce, but I had some spotty bananas lying on my counter, so I switched it up (pictured up top with bananas).
