I find avocados to be an objectionable fruit; unfortunately, they are good for you.

If I didn't put the avocado in this with my own hand I would not have known it was in there (thereby avoiding the psychological gag reflex). Comes out with a great texture and flavor! Also a healthy way to start the day. Try replacing the maple syrup with honey just to be a little more health conscious.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4Avocado
  2. 1/2Banana
  3. 1/3 CupRolled Oats
  4. 1/2Granny Smith Apple Chopped
  5. 2Pitted Dates
  6. 1 CupIce
  7. 5Salted Roasted Almonds
  8. TablespoonMaple Syrup
  9. 1/2 Tablespoonhoney
  10. 1/2 TeaspoonCinnamon
  11. 1/4 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
  12. 1 CupUnsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  13. Small Handful of Spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and pitt the avocado, then slice into quarters. Peel the banana and cut in half.

  2. 2

    Put the Raisins/date, avocado, banana, apple in a zip lock bag and place in freezer

  3. 3

    Place frozen ingredients in blender and add the rest on top

  4. 4

    Flip the switch!
