Ingredients

  1. Palm oil
  2. Parboiled rice
  3. Smoked cat fish
  4. Crayfish
  5. Minced garlic
  6. Sliced onion
  7. Grated scotch bonnets and red bell peppers
  8. Tomato paste
  9. Daddawa powder/locust beans
  10. Seasoning cubes and salt
  11. Hot water

Cooking Instructions

    Pour your palm oil in a pot on medium flame. Add in your onion, minced garlic and fry.

    Then add in grated peppers, tomato paste, daddawa powder or locust beans and fry for 5-7mins.

    Add in smoked fish and crayfish. Fry for 5mins, and add salt and seasoning. Add Parboiled rice and stir well. Then pour the hot water enough to cook the rice.

    Cook until tender. Serve!
