Modified version of the fat burning recipe

Someone shared this with me at our weekly Weight Watchers meeting. It turned out being much more delicious than I expected.

I been on an off eating This since before I got pregnant with my first son who is 12 now. While pregnant with him I lost 25lbs. This is a good soup to eat and lose weight and get full!

My grandma makes this recipe, and I love the taste, so I asked for the recipe so I could make it myself while I live in Japan.

You can create this any way you like. So delish and I love taking this to work and eating chilled or heated. Can be frozen if you like to make huge batches. And if you want you can also add cooked pasta for a different taste.

A simple quick Soup that you can have ready in 45 minutes. You may need to add more water as it cooks along.

I used whole grain mustard as a condiment for pot-au-feu. A bit of mustard fell into the soup accidently, and I liked the flavor, so I've been adding whole grain mustard when making cabbage soup. Recipe by FarmersK

Don't be worried about all the cabbage....I am not a cabbage fan but this is the best soup ever! Let's call it vegetable soup with a lot of cabbage!

This is my father's recipe. Omit the chorizo and use vegetable stock cube to turn it into a vegetarian soup.

My family used to eat at Shoney's when traveling because there weren't any near our home town and we loved the food. I really enjoyed their soup and salad bar and my favorite soup was their cabbage beef which I never saw in a can in the grocery store so I came up with my own recipe.This recipe tastes even better after it's been refrigerated over night. I put a few clean jars of this soup in the refrigerator while it's hot and store it for up to a week after making.You can use less broth if you want lower sodium but make sure you add water in place of it.

This is an easy recipe to make, you may add chopped parsley at the time of adding the tomatoes as well if you want to give it some more flavour.

I like cabbage. And hamburger meat. In the method of cooking I add the cabbage in near the end. This is because I like the cabbage to still have crunch to it. The less crunch you like the earlier you should add it.
